Enjoy the journey
Since an early age I have been taught that team work and looking for help achieve success. Whether with a team at work or at home, with the family, the world revolves around team interactions and support.
I have enjoyed working in and leading sales teams and leadership groups and over the years built a huge amount of experience on what works well and how to actively listen and support people to help them achieve their goals.
Always optimistic
Owning and riding horses competitively means you have to be an optimist and willing to step out of your comfort zone on a regular basis. I aspired to ride professionally but soon realised I wasn't talented enough but that didn't stop me wanting to continue to learn and develop.
Over the years I have been taught by some great riders and using my skills gained from years of managing executive teams, I feel uniquely placed to help people achieve their aspirations with a supportive mindset and greater self awareness.
Team Work
I am currently completing a Masters in Executive Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School and an alumni of the Henley Leadership Program.
I am also worked in developing executive talent across multiple team disciplines including sales, marketing, production and finance.
